SUMMARY:Bolton Easter Congress & Busy Persons Blitz
DESCRIPTION:The Bolton Easter Congress will once again be held at the Ukrainian Centre\, Castle Street\, Bolton.  There are three sections:  A FIDE Rated Open\, the U170 Major\, and the U130 Knights.  This event has slightly unusual round times in that there are two rounds on the Friday (at 12:30 and 17:20)\, only one on Saturday (at 9:45)\, then two more on Sunday (at 9:45 and 14:35). \nThere is also the Busy Persons Blitz on Saturday at 14:35.  This is an eight-round tournament and each player has only ten minutes per game.  This event is ungraded. \nPlayers can event both events or one or the other.
